Basil Pesto Veggie Pizza 

About this recipe: Here's a great pizza, a diversion from the usual tomato marinara for your next party. Also impressive when you want to make an exotic dinner for someone special. 

 Ingredients

Serves: 6 

  • 1 large pre-baked pizza base
  • 8 tablespoons pesto
  •  1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 75g green capsicum, chopped
  • 30g black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 400g tin artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled  

    Directions

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  • Preheat oven to 230 C.
  • Spread pesto on pizza base. Top with tomatoes, capsicum, olives, red onions, artichoke hearts and feta cheese.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and browned.
